Have you ever worked with someone and had a conversation that went something like this?
"Didn't I work with you before?"
"Yeah, but I can't remember what."
"Oh, I remember, it was on that thing with the crappy food and long hours!"
"Oh yeah, THAT thing."
With this hack, that will (probably) never happen again!
I'll be brief about the specifics here, but basically you use gmail's search to find all of your callsheet pdf's, download them all with Mozilla Thunderbird, and then upload them to Evernote(paid version) where they'll be processed for character recognition and made searchable!
